Veyntra

Know every vehicle the moment it arrives.

Automatic license plate recognition for workshops and service sites — using the cameras and computers you already have.

What you need

One camera. One computer. That’s the stack.

Veyntra runs on the same setup we use in production: an IP camera aimed at the entrance or hall, and a PC (or a camera appliance with onboard compute) that watches the stream.

  • Any RTSP camera Use the cameras you already own. Point them at arrivals, exits, or service bays.
  • A site PC — or a smart camera A workshop computer, mini PC, or an edge camera with its own compute. Windows, macOS, or Linux.
  • Your booking or CRM system Confirmed plate events land in your backend so staff see who’s here — without watching feeds.

Two ways to run it

Process in the cloud, or keep everything on site.

Same recognition quality. On-prem keeps the RTSP stream on your network. Cloud needs access to your camera stream so we can process it for you.

On-prem edge

The RTSP stream stays on your network. Veyntra’s edge agent runs on your site PC, reads plates locally, and sends only confirmed events to your CRM.

  • Video never leaves the site
  • Works when uplink is slow or intermittent
  • Local ops dashboard on the site machine
  • Ideal for multi-hall workshops and strict data policies

On-prem flow: camera RTSP to site PC for AI, then plate events to your CRM. Video stays local.

Video stays on site. Only plate events leave the building.

Built for real floors

Recognition that survives a busy workshop.

Not a lab demo. Veyntra is tuned for parked cars, long halls, brand logos that look like plates, and the chaos of a service day.

Multi-frame confirmation

Plates are confirmed across frames before an event fires — fewer false reads, cleaner CRM timelines.

Booking-aware OCR

Today’s expected plates from your bookings help disambiguate hard reads when characters are unclear.

Multi-camera sites

One agent, many halls. Entry and exit cameras, each with its own direction and region of interest.

Durable delivery

Local queue and retries so plate events still arrive if the backend blips during a busy morning.

Remote health

Heartbeats, camera status, and log export — so IT sees site health without VPN into every PC.

Install that floor staff can run

Guided setup, autostart after reboot, and one-click updates. Live in minutes, not project months.

Privacy by design

Video is a tool. Events are the product.

On-prem, streams are processed where they are captured. What leaves the site is a plate number, a timestamp, and camera context — not a continuous video feed to the cloud.

From arrival to action

Three steps from driveway to dashboard.

  1. 01

    Point a camera

Mount an RTSP camera on the entrance, exit, or hall. Use what you already have.

  2. 02

    Choose where AI runs

Install the edge agent on a site PC, or stream to Veyntra cloud for managed processing.

  3. 03

    Connect your systems

Confirmed plate events post into your CRM or booking backend. Staff see arrivals instantly.
